DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In these terms the following words have the following meanings.

DELIVERY – SLERP

We will not charge you for delivery of your Items.

DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER

The quantity, quality and description of the food will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us). Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are usually accepted if the foods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are located in the Delivery Area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. The food that can be ordered via our website are available for sale only in the specified areas.

DISCOUNTS
Please be aware that all discount codes are only applicable to the purchases via Slerp only.  All discount codes are available from the time they are released and valid until the time we choose to retract them and cannot be applied for orders purchased outside this period. The “THELOCALS10″ discount is only available for new costumers and only on their first order.

DELIVERY
We will deliver the food via Slerp to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Please not that the system may allow you to order outside of the specified locations, but we may reject those orders if we are not able to deliver it at the time. It is important that this address is accurate. All orders dispatched will need to be passed to you by hand. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered and signed for. We will aim to deliver the food by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date be extended and you will be contacted and told about it.

If you are collecting the Items from our store you cannot choose the time and date for pickup of the order. Your order will typically be available within 5-10 minutes from your order time. In cases where the order is not ready for pickup at the Store you have chosen, we will pack and ready the order as soon as we can after you arrive in the Store.

PRICING
The prices for all products are clearly displayed on the ordering system. If, however, an item is priced incorrectly or different to that on the physical menu of the restaurant, this means the item requires different handling by delivery and therefore the prices differ.

WARRANTIES
We aim to provide high quality products to our customers. Products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. Although The Locals Chelsea Shop Ltd aims to provide our customers with high quality products and takes all reasonable steps to ensure you are pleased with your purchases, unless otherwise stated our products are covered only by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

PRIVACY
Please read our customer privacy policy, which explains how we will not pass on your details to any third party.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards payments such as VISA, MasterCard, VISA electro or American Express. You must pay for the Items before we start making your order. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your Items have been dispatched.

Our payment partner Stripe Inc (“Stripe”) is responsible on our behalf for security in regards to the payment card information and data you provide to us.

We will not be in possession of your payment card information, Stripe alone will store and handle it. Stripe stores such information in a PCI compliant environment and your payment card information is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your transaction. ITEMS
The images of the Items on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display them accurately, as they are made fresh everyday, your Items may vary slightly from those images.
